Tangoe India Softek Services Recruitment Details:
Support international and national customers with a wide variety of request such as mobile device issues, ordering new mobile phones, changing features, etc.
Provide support on client requests submitted through Tangoes internal portal such as order support, service number moves, usage and billing reports, etc.
Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers
Ensuring all requests from Internal Manager pertaining to orders/clarifications is completed.
- 6months to 3 exp in BPO domain
- Exceptional customer service, listening, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve (and follow up) issues in a fast-paced environment
- Basics of Resolving Computer Application Issues.
- Proficient in Windows Suite
- Must be able to type 20 TO 25 WPM
- Must be able to Multi-Task.
- Telecom Experience
- Understanding of carrier contracts and or telecom devices (BlackBerry, I Phones, Android Phone, Cell Phones)
- Should be able to follow Various Dialects of English
