Call the Payer /use other resource like IVR or Web portal to obtain Status
Appropriate Documentation of the claims is required on Client Software
Post Call Analysis/After Call Actions to be taken on the claim
To assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints, primarily on the telephone, to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
To provide customers with product and service information and up sell wherever raised by customers in their interactions.
Ensure efficiency measures are met in accordance with performance targets and process guidelines
Need to achieve Productivity targets as per the grid set by the Manager
Participate and works as a member of the customer service team.
Use business tools and updates from industry knowledge to identify problem areas and document business requirements via various updates and training sessions.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in AR calling (Graduation not mandatory)
- Freshers with good communication can also apply (Graduation is mandatory)
- should be open to work in night shifts (pick up & drop will be provided)
